摘要:邏輯檢查和驗證是控制系統在投運前的必備工作,在只允許短暫停機的公用系統改造項目中沒有足夠的時間進行投運前的現場調試來進行邏輯檢查和驗證。而常規仿真系統由于其部署不靈活,很難在小型改造項目中使用。本文通過對以往改造工程實踐的總結提出一種新的仿真系統應用,利用虛擬分散處理單元(DPU, Distributed Processing Unit)和通訊軟件相結合的方式,聯接可以快速建模的第三方軟件,利用其快速建模、靈活部署、價格便宜的特點解決小型公用系統改造前進行邏輯檢查和驗證的難題,有效提高檢查效率,為快速完成小型公用系統的升級改造創造條件。

Abstract: Logic inspection and verification are the necessary work of the control system before operation. There is not enough time for on-site debugging before operation to carry out logic inspection and verification in public system renovation projects that only allow temporary shutdown. The conventional simulation system is difficult to be used in small-scale reconstruction projects because of its inflexible deployment. In this paper,we present a new simulation system application based on the summary of the delivery reconstruction project practice. By using the communication software to connect Virtual DPU and the third-party software which can be quickly modeled. The problem of logic checking and verification before renovation of small public system is solved by using its characteristics of fast modeling,flexible deployment and low price. The checking efficiency is effectively improved to finish quickly. Create conditions for rapiddly upgrading and transformation of small-scale public DCS system.
